چکیده
Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with highest mortality rate, and detection its tumor marker carcinoma antigen 125 (CA125) significant. Here, an electrochemical immunoassay for CA125 was described. Nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO), carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CMWCNTs) gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were applied to co-modify glassy electrode (GCE), after incubation Anti-CA125, modified employed specific CA125. The N-rGO@CMWCNTs (Nitrogen-doped oxide@carboxylated nanotubes) used as a matrix, while CS@AuNPs (Chitosan@gold nanoparticles) high conductivity biocompatibility immobilized on it through reaction between carboxyl groups from CMWCNTs amino groups, hydroxyl chitosan (CS), resulting in effect double signal amplification. immunosensor demonstrated excellent performance linear range 0.1 pg mL?1–100 ng mL?1, limit low 0.04 mL?1 (S/N = 3). It had been verified that this method good precision accuracy, could remain stable 10 days. This research provided new serum.

Sensitive Electrochemical Detection of Dopamine With a Nitrogen-doped Graphene Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
In this paper nitrogen-doped graphene (NG) nanosheets were used as the modifier on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The modified electrode (NG/GCE) was further applied to the sensitive detection of dopamine (DA) by voltammetric method. Due to the unique properties of NG such as large surface area and excellent electrocatalytic activity, electrochemical response of DA was greatly en...
متن کاملNitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide electrodes for electrochemical supercapacitors.
Herein we use Nitrogen-doped reduced Graphene Oxide (N-rGO) as the active material in supercapacitor electrodes. Building on a previous work detailing the synthesis of this material, electrodes were fabricated via spray-deposition of aqueous dispersions and the electrochemical charge storage mechanism was investigated. Results indicate that the functionalised graphene displays improved performa...
متن کاملInvestigation of immunosensor modification with reduced Graphene Oxide with Au Nanoparticles on glassy carbon electrode in Label-free for Escherichia coli detection
Escherichia coli is an indicator in the quality control of pharmaceutical and other samples. Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) as a kind of carbon compositions was immobilized on glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Chronoamperometric and reduction methods were used for Au NPs decoration and it completed with polyclonal E. coli antibody and 0.5 W/V% Bovine Serum Albumin solution. Morphology and structure ...
متن کاملGraphene versus Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes for Electrochemical Glucose Biosensing
: A simple procedure was developed for the fabrication of electrochemical glucose biosensors using glucose oxidase (GOx), with graphene or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Graphene and MWCNTs were dispersed in 0.25% 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and drop cast on 1% KOH-pre-treated glassy carbon electrodes (GCEs). The EDC (1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide)-activated GOx...
متن کاملElectrochemical Chiral Recognition of Naproxen Using L-Cysteine/Reduced Graphene Oxide Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
The electrochemical response of S- and R-naproxen enantiomers was investigated on L-cysteine/reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (L-Cys/RGO/GCE). The production of the reduced graphene oxide and L-cysteine on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode was done by using electrochemical processes. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were us...
